RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Lollipop Rooster we take pride in crafting hand-poured and hand-wrapped products for our customers. We hope that you love all our products as much as we do, however, we do understand that some products may simply just not be for you!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please give us feedback to make it right next time! Follow the guidelines below to request a product replacement, exchange of similar value, or obtaining a refund if eligible.

Guidelines: 

  • To provide the best experience we ask that you notify us via email or phone with your intent to return within 30 days of purchase date. 

  • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. 

    • Eligibility: For a full refund/return, products must be unopened and in their original packaging. 

    • Damaged products: Photo validation may be required.

    • Consumed products: Unfortunately, products that have been unwrapped, or consumed in any way are NOT eligible for refund/return. 

  • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. 

  • Original products for which a refund is requested must be included in the return package.

  • Refund processing is subject to package and product inspection upon return. If failing to return unopened products, refund request may be declined. Any products found to be open or tampered with the original seal will also not be refunded and will not be sent back to the customer.

  • We are unable to refund or accept returns on any product(s) purchased anywhere other than www.lollipoprooster.com. Proof of purchase or identifying details such as order number will be required. 

  • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. 

  • Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.
